The B&B itself is lovely and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Even though the B&B advertise they don't accept pets the owner's own pet was trained by a "dog trainer" in the afternoons in the room above ours. We had the misfortune of being in the room right next to the entrance. People were coming and going at all hours and the landlord / lady made as much noise as possible from approx 7 am (including wearing wooden sandals on the wooden floors). We asked that our room not be cleaned one day and were indignantly told that all rooms have to be cleaned daily and we were not to stay in our room all day. We complained about the noise and were told that guests "were not supposed to sleep late / in the afternoon". I would certainly not recommend this B&B if you wanted to get some rest!

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast but visitors need to be aware that there is NO "management" presence overnight at this establishment Had there been, I might have got some sleep - instead a group of "rowdies" ruined both nights with their shouting, screamimg, running up and down stairs, slamming doors, laughing and playing music. As it was, no-one was around to sort them out, and it shouldn't be up to other guests The establishment advertises "no stag or hen parties" - yes, seemingly so...... Also, despite having lots of bedrooms, the breakfast room only seats 10 people at a time...and breakfast time is only 1 hour..so get down early !! Very disappointed in the end, would have otherwise been great
