Reviews of Jake's Private Hire, Redditch

Best rates for a Local Hotel

Jakes Private Hire pride themselves on their better cars, better drivers and official certification for taxi services; validation for their above market prices. In such a homogeneous industry such as this, Jakes Private Hire fail to understand the importance of customer service and price elastic demand; key drivers in market differentiation. What I’m trying to say is, there are other taxi providers around the West Sussex region, that provide as good, if not better services; who don’t put the phone down on you when you inform them of cheaper alternative quotes.

jakes taxis turned up at very short notice when we were let down by one of the larger companies in redditch, even though it was early hours.Driver helped us with luggage when we got in car(which was spotless inside and out), and also helped us at airport, not the usual take the money and run to next job ,sort of driver. When we returned to uk, Jake's phoned the airport so he was there ready for us even though we were delayed by 2 hours, didnt charge us extra or disapeared cos we were late....will use all the time from now on..top marks...
