Pearson Butchers are situated in the Market Hall, Ashton Under Lyne. I have never bought a chop, joint of meat or sausages, that i haven't enjoyed.
The quality of their produce is second to none. The chops are nice and thick, good size family joints of meat are 1st rate, and a range of homemade sausages that will leave your mouth watering.
The staff are always chatty and helpful, they do get busy so expect a bit of a queue, it will give you some time to take in all they offer.
