quite disappointed at the end of a great night at your Hotel. Cleaner came into our room without knocking and my Daughter and her Partner were in a compromising position. Booking was in the name of John Mcmanus. I Look forward to your comments. Thanking for your time. Melanie

My daughter has just had her wedding and reception 24th Oct 08. Claire and her team were fantastic every step of the way, nothing was to much trouble for them. From booking the venue to when we left every part of the day was just as you would wish. A number of family members stayed overnight in the accommodation and for breakfast and all was first class. The Oak Room is a perfect venue for any type of celebration. We had a Testimonial Event booked in February this year and again all was fantastic. Thankyou to all the Staff for the hard work and making the special day a perfect one.

My Wife and I choose the White Hart for our wedding breakfast, the food is fantastic, the rooms are fantastic, however the service was very poor. Only two waiters for 56 people, which meant very slow service. Reason for this function in other room not enought staff on shift!! This let them down.

A small and intimate restaurant which is tastefully decorated throughout. Well presented staff gave a high standard of service from start to finish. The chef has put together a menu that has been well planned and offers a spendid variety to choose from including vegetarian courses. Presentation was excellent as was the food itself. If we had any complaint it was perhaps that the main course has been left a touch to long on the hotplate prior to being brought to the table. However, this did not detract from the enjoyment of the meal. The wine list is extensive and if there's nothing on it to tempt your tastebuds you're being far too fussy!!!!
