A friend booked this stay for us for two days. We had the most wonderful stay with snow all around us making it a magical stay. The staff, food, accommodation, massages in fact everything was fantastic and would highly recommend going there and would happily go back.

Bad Points: No dinner as we were told that the restaurant was fully booked. We looked in at various intervals to find no more than 4 dining. I suspect the hotel kitchen was busy catering for a wedding in a marquee. This should not though leave guests with no dinner. We had not been advised of this on booking.
