Booked with Laterooms and arrived to find that they could not find the reservation. Shoved into
a triple room on ground floor adjoining the Kitchen - Noise from there stopped at 11:30pm and
started again at 6:00am. Banging of pans, creaking of doors and shouting between kitchen staff. Needless to say not much sleep. Requested room move after first night - They said would move our things for us into a new room while we were in London sightseeing. This did not happen - They said would do for us following day (another night with not much sleep!! Needless to say did not happen and yet again another bad night. All in all 3 bad nights at this Hotel.
Room was supposed to be a Deluxe!! What a laugh!!
Although it said the hotel had recently been refurbished we saw little evidence of it. The reception, lounge ( not sure I would have called it one),dining room and bedroom was very shabby and tired looking. Personnel not verybfriendly and we were not made to feel welcome. Definitely an Hotel to be avoided. Not good value for money.
