i am currently in the hotel until the mornin so im at 1st gand 2 review. firstly the good our room itself seems quite clean with no bad smells with good size beds, wifi,gd tv avec freeview, n reasonable bathroom but ill get 2 that later. oh n free parking. the bad when arriving at the hotel it looked run dwn like a london counsil flatblock,we checked in which seemed ok nstaff were ok, then we treked 2 our room which wass unpleasant as the long narrow hallways were very smelly and unclean. the room itself very cold there is no central heating or air con, my mother rang 4 a the radiators 2 b switched on or some heaters bt they did nothing until 8hours later after we came bk from goin out 4 dinner. as for the food we dined the 1st nite and the order was messed up the food itself was overcooked and overpriced, the bar 2 was overpriced. at the end of the day stay in a holiday or premier inn

where shall we start?shabby, well past its sell by date, this hotel needs a lot of money spent on it or a lot of semtex under it,our party pre booked four rooms, everyone had complaints includind two other couples checking out at the same time as us,we stayed in room 11 it was dirty stains on the ceiling, door in the bath,in the tiolet, down the side of the bed, grime in the grouting, cracked tiles, rotting plaster on the window sides, for £75 a night i expected better, breakfast the bacon was nice and hot everthing else was cold,i will leave the other people in our group to do their own complaining i can only suggest that if you do intend a stay at this hotel check your room out first.oh and if you like crisps take your own at 80p per bag is taking the micheal, some staff was quite pleasant others downrite indifferent, the best part of our stay was when it rained.

Very welcoming hotel and room was a good standard. I think the building does need a built of updating. From the outside it looks old fashioned but suprisingly different inside. The directions given were not very good at all and need to be looked at. The staff were very friendly and provided a fantastic service. I found them very approachable. The facilites were great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good size room, heating, tea making etc. room service good Hotel a bit on the shabby side. Bathroom particularly dingy The hoard of children on bikes in the car park and adjacent area in the evening was both noisy and intimidating
