Mardon Hall was purpose-built in 1933 and many of the original features such as the wood panelled library and the grand staircase remain. It is located at the centre of the Steatham Campus with magnificent views over the Exe Estury and is only 1˝ miles from the City Centre, approximately a 20 minute walk.

Mardon Hall is one of the older residences on campus and offers Standard Single & Twin bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. These offer a cheaper alternative to the ensuite rooms in Holland Hall. All bedrooms have a desk area and wash basin as well as complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. All bedlinen and towels are also provided.

The bedrooms within Mardon Hall are all accessible via stairs so are unsuitable for those with limited access/disability. Holland Hall (an adjacent building) would be more suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Guests staying in Mardon Hall are required to check-in at Holland Hall and also take breakfast within Holland Hall.

Our letting periods are Easter Vacation & Summer Vacation.
