B and Bs in Exmouth
A Shippon was originally a farm building used to house livestock. Our Shippon was converted in about 1980 to a family home and still has a smaller barn in the grounds which we intend to convert in the not too distant future. We are set back from the main road but the mock tudor gable end can be seen when driving towards Exmouth. There is ample off road parking. There is a pub with a good menu within a 3 minute walk and a bus stop nearby. The railway station is a 15 minute walk and provides free parking for rail users. We offer spacious family rooms with a choice of double, twin or king size beds with comfortable sofa beds for an extra adult or two children. We also have a double room with private bathroom. A full English or continental breakfast is included.
