A privately owned, listed Georgian dower house set in 3 and a half acres with a delightful garden, Little Barwick House offers comfort and charm in a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Each of the 6 bedrooms has been individually furnished with thoughtful extras like fresh flowers, thick towels, homemade shortbread and a cafetiere coffee/tea tray.

The Restaurant, locally popular and nationally renowned for superb food (awarded three rosettes by the AA) is the heart of Little Barwick House. The wine list has been carefully chosen and offers many unusual and interesting wines from around the world at realistic prices.

Ideally located on the Somerset/Dorset border to explore both counties. The area abounds in glorious gardens and historical buildings such as Montacute, Forde Abbey and Sherborne Castle as well as excellent art galleries and antique shops. The lovely Dorset coast can be reached within a thirty minute drive.
