Long established friendly family country guest house. Non smoking. The individual bedrooms,some ground floor, are all ensuite or private bathroom and are maintained and decorated to a high four diamond standard. Each has tea/coffee facilities, remote TV and hairdryer.

Our breakfasts are served in the conservatory dining room overlooking the extensive gardens.Each is individually cooked to order, from a slice of toast to the FULL english, or help yourself to cereals, fruit or yoghurt. In addition to bedroom TV there is a guest lounge with satellite TV and an extensive range of tourism literature to plan the next days itinery. Pay phone, E-mail and fax facilities available.

Ample parking.Centrally located for touring Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and Kenilworth and also for the National Exhibition Centre (10 miles), and Stoneleigh Park (National Agricultural Centre) 8 miles.
