Elderton Lodge nestles into its own six acres of naturally wooded grounds, beautifully aspected over looking on to 800 acres of Deer park. The 200 year old building, formally the shooting lodge to Gunton Hall is lovingly preserved by its local owners and run as a Country House Hotel offering 11 individual bedrooms and a delightful restaurant. The rooms have full modern facilities, while the restaurant offers high quality local produce.

The Hotel is less than 5 miles from the North Norfolk coast line and is perfectly placed as a central point for visiting the whole of the North Norfolk attractions. It gives easy access to the many Broadland villages and their relevant water ways as well as being within easy reach of several National Trust properties such as Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, the city of Norwich is just 17 miles from the hotel.

The Hotel is owned and run by Rachel and Pat both natives of Norfolk and along with their well trained team try always to reflect the local hospitality and comforts that our regular visitors have come to expect, it is equally suitable for corporate clients visiting the local area and especially amenable for short breaks or longer stays for visitors to Norfolk.

The Restaurant enjoys a strong following of non-resident clients who appreciate the wide variety of seasonal and restaurant menus all representing excellent value in quality and service.
