You then have a choice of dining experiences. Choose either Hotel Head Chef Simon Crannage’s Classic Menu in the elegant surroundings of Samuel’s Restaurant, or return for a second helping of Stephen Bulmer, watching him prepare a seasonal gourmet menu in front of you at a Chef’s Table, in the informal surroundings of the Cookery School. Easter – 3rd Night Free
18th – 21st April 2014
Make the most of a late Easter by enjoying a delightful break at Swinton Park. We are offering 3 nights for the price of 2 over the Easter long weekend, giving you plenty of time to relax amid the beautiful spring flowers in the parkland and enjoy the wide range of activities Swinton Park has to offer. Those who want to get active as the weather gets warmer can enjoy walking, cycling, riding and golf; or you may prefer to relax in the spa and try our wonderful new Thalgo facials and body rituals.
As an alternative to dining in Samuel’s, we will be running our first Deerhouse Lunches and Dinners for 2014 – a wonderful alfresco dining experience in the Parkland. Keen cooks can join our Barbecue ‘Cook and Lunch’ class, helping Cookery School chef Stephen Bulmer as he grills the meat and fish for a delicious buffet lunch. Alternatively, relax and enjoy a convivial dinner under the stars at our Deerhouse Dinners.
There will also be an Easter trail and activities for children, with the private dining room set up for family dining.
