Carmichael Edinburgh flat is on Brown Street next to Holyrood park and only five minutes walk from the Royal mile. On the second floor of a new built block the flat has stunning views over the new Parliament building and Holyrood Palace to the Forth in the north and up towards Arthur's Crag. The location is both central city with private parking space and very quiet.
Park access is 200 meters away. Pubs shops restaurants and Festival theatre are within 500 meters.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedded room and sleeps 4. There is a fifth place emergency lounge sofa fold out bed. Open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen with washing maching, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer but no dishwasher. Gas central heating. Two bathrooms one with shower one with bath. Beautiful hand carved locally made furniture in lounge. Very comfortable seating. No smoking No pets. Minimum stay one week.
