Situated on a quiet seafront location with breathtaking views acorss Mounts Bay to St. Michaels Mount. The Sea & Horses Hotel was built in 1846 on land which once belonged to the Castle Hornek Estate. It was built as the seaside residence for a London Gentleman and retains much of its Victorian character.

I bought The Sea & Horses Hotel in 1995 and have used my extensive experience in the hotel industry to refurbish it to provide comfortable en suite accommodation, combined with excellent cuisine and wines, all at affordable prices. The dining room features the original Cornish slate inglenook fireplace which once served the kitchen of the original gentlemens residence. The lounge offers magnificent views across the Mounts Bay as well as coffee and tea at any time. The hotel is licensed.

Open all year, the Sea & Horses Hotel offers an environment in which to enjoy your visit to Cornwall, whether on business or pleasure, or a mixture of both. Arrangements can be made to seek out the hidden corners of Cornwall with Harry Safari and discounts have been negotiated on green fees at local golf courses. Occasionally we have special weekends where in addtion to the safari we enjoy a talk on Cornish history, or serve traditional Cornish Fayre. A telephone call will quickly establish whats on.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Sea & Horses Hotel and assure you that the ambition of my staff and myself is to make our guests very comfortable and welcome, whenever, and however long they stay. Many guests return time and time again.
