Uniquely situated within the Islands capital Portree, yet set in 20 acres of woodland garden, this country hotel is an ideal base for touring Skye. Built over 200 years ago, Viewfield House retains all its original charm and the splendid victorian interior is wonderfully intact.
Viewfield House has 12 bedrooms, 10 en-suite with bath and shower, one of which is on the ground floor allowing wheelchair access.
Enjoy a traditional highland house and its atmosphere. Have a drink beside
the roaring log fire in the evening and look forward to a great Scottish
breakfast. Fine porridge, a full cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt,
traditional smoked haddock or Mallaig kippers. We offer discounted rates
for stays of 3 or more nights bed and breakfast. Open between mid-April and
mid October.
Prices for bed & breakfast range between £45 and £55 per person, per night.
