We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you to our five-star, award-winning New Forest Bed and Breakfast set in the heart of the National Park village of Brockenhurst. Cottage Lodge is a charming, beamed 17th century former forester's cottage that has been enlarged and extended to provide 12 en-suite hotel-style rooms.

Run by the Simons-Mascord family the B&B is well located for charming pubs, cosy restaurants, cycle hire, local shops, Brockenhurst railway station, and of course, the open forest. If you are attending a New Forest wedding or event Cottage Lodge is within an easy drive of Carey's Manor, Balmerlawn, Rhinefield House and Beaulieu Motor Museum/Abbey.

There is a cosy Snug Bar where guests can sample the local drinks from the honesty bar, play a game of scrabble, read the paper, sit in front of the fire, or just chill out and look through all the information available on local walks, cycle rides, pubs and places of interest.

Getting to Brockenhurst couldn't be easier. You can arrive by train (Brockenhurst station), car (just 60 minutes from the M25/M3 junction), or you can even cycle as the forest is now a part of the national cycling network.

Cottage Lodge is a responsible business. We have won several awards for our focus on local produce and reducing our impact on the environment.
