In the buzzing, happening place that is Albert Dock, Ha! Ha! has a prime site in the Atlantic Pavilion. The industrial décor honours the long working tradition of the docks, and the soaring ceilings and views of the docks and their gorgeous boats on both sides make this an exciting space to hang out in. Comfy seating, cosy lighting, light, bright colours and witty decorations add to the feel-good factor. The broadly British menu features all-day breakfasts for clubbers and students, comfort food, sandwiches, figure-friendly options and sharing platters. From the proper a la carte menu, choose, starter of sautéed wild mushrooms in creamy garlic sauce, main course of wok-tossed fettuccine with fresh basil pesto, chargrilled chicken, choriozo, taleggio and wilted rocket, and pudding of white chocolate cheesecake with red fruit compote. The al fresco seating is a huge treat on sunny days and there are live music and djs at weekends.
