Small private boutique Hotel - large ballustraded terrace with stunning views of the harbour and Bay. Situated above Porthminster Beach, you can walk directly from the garden down the coastal path to the beach below, and along into the harbour in about ten minutes.

Just six luxurious and spacious rooms - some with balcony, roof terrace or patio, all with fully-tiled en-suite bathrooms, with baths and showers with body jets, Molton Brown toiletries, pocket-sprung mattresses with goose-down pillows – indulgent luxury.

Licensed Cocktail Bar with a menu of over sixty cocktails, private Dining Room, and on-site car parking – a real plus in St Ives.

Breakfast on the terrace, and then in the evening stroll down to one of over fifty restaurants and places to eat in St Ives, or settle on the terrace and watch the sun melt into the night sky whilst tucking into a Tian of Smoked Salmon & Cornish Crab or a Lobster with saffron and dill mayonnaise and a chilled bottle of Chablis.

Being utterly private, the hotel offers fuss-free accommodation, accepting only advance bookings and no children under the age of ten in order to maintain its ethos of serene and luxurious living.
