The warmest of welcomes starts when you walk through our doors and are greeted by our friendly staff. After deciding on the time of your morning call, whether you would like morning tea, coffee or orange juice brought to your bedside with your choice of complimentary newspaper, you are escorted to your room by one of our staff (there are few things worse than arriving at your room and finding the key card doesn't work!). In your room you will find an entertainment centre with normal terestrial Television, European and News Channels, Radio and four pay to View movie channels. Our telephone charges are only 10p a unit (cheaper than most mobiles) and each room has an analogue socket for your modem and our new "Broadband on Demand" service giving you frighteningly quick 7mb broadband for a modest charge anywhere in the hotel.

Our bar is open between 11:30am - 2:30pm and 5:30pm - 11pm for non-residents and 24 hours for residents and their bone-fide guests. If your choice is for a drink in your room then please order it with the bar and they will deliver it to your room without any surcharge. Dining is available every evening in the Grill Room, our excellent restaurant offering a wide ranging a la carte menu. In the morning enjoy a superb, freshly cooked breakfast before a smooth check-out and, in the case of our midweek guests, finding their car washed.
