Rose Cottage is a charming property that has been extended over several hundred years. The original two roomed dwelling is 200 - 300 years old. An addition of several rooms was made in the 1880s and a further extension was made in the 1980s. The house is south facing; situated in a cul-de-sac with private parking areas for guests in a sheltered Launceston valley. It has superb views of Launceston to! wn and Castle; Kensey Valley; St Thomas Hill and St Stephens.Bill and Marylin Prosser provide a friendly; and relaxing atmosphere for their guests at Rose Cottage. Their aim is to provide their guests with high standard accommodation and delicious, wholesome breakfasts using locally produced ingredients where possible.
