Located in East Devon it is convenient for Exeter International Airport, the M5, Honiton and main line railway from Waterloo.The house is set in eight acres of land surrounded by countryside and is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, beaches and the Eden Project.
