Merryweathers is an exciting environmental gardens project creating 6 acres of organically managed gardens for self-sufficiency & wildlife. We offer 1 & 2 day courses in matters related to the gardens, including "Vegetable growing for the petrified" aimed at people wanting to learn to grow their own food. We have recently been approved to set up as a compost demonstration site and will soon be offering composting workshops. We have a small nursery selling an unusual range of plants including herbs, wildflowers, edible & cottage garden plants, as well as some shrubs & trees. Nursery open1st & 3rd Sunday of each month, April to September - 11am to 4pm (See us also at Hailsham & Heathfield Farmers‚ Markets).

Garden visiting by guided tour only. Please ring or email for details.
