This friendly Victorian family-run guest house is ideally situated on the A259 coastal road opposite public gardens and bowls green, just a few minutes walk from the sea and beach. The town centre of Hastings is 5 minutes drive away there are good bus and rail links close by also free parking on road outside. There is an extensive breakfast menu which is all cooked fresh, vegetarian and special diets can be catered for, children have there own menu to choose from. Rutland Guest House is ideally situated on the A259 coastal road opposite Marina Gardens and the bowls green. The beach and promenade are just 2 minutes away with free on street parking. The historic town of Hastings is a short drive away, or a pleasant 30 minute walk. It has many attractions including the old town which is famous for its fresh fish.
