Forming a wing of a beautifully converted 400 year old barn, it stands in pretty grounds shared with the owners, who live in the main part of the barn. Sissinghurst's famous gardens and Scotney and Bodium Castles (all N.T.) are a short drive, the coast and historic Canterbury a little further. Tenterden (5 miles) offers good shopping and the Kent and Sussex Steam Railway. Pub 250 yards, shop 500 yards.
