A new boutique hotel for Great Yarmouth. This elegant guest house in its superb location has recently been totaly refurbished and now enhances many of its original features. We offer eight individual ensuite rooms with facilities to ensure your stay is as luxurious as possible. Our guesthouse in Gt Yarmouth is exclusively for adults so you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing break. Even in this economic climate, you can still have a luxury five star break at guest house prices.

At 3 Norfolk Square all rooms are en-suite with showers, dressing gowns' slippers and complimentary luxury toiletries. Two also have baths. Our two suites have separate sitting rooms. Our breakfast room serves a fine selection of great food and our licensed bar is open until late. We have a no smoking policy throughout the guest-house but we do have an area outside the bar, part of which is under cover, that can be used.

All rooms have separate seating, tables, flat screen Freeview TV’s with DVD players, safe, dressing gowns, slippers, co-ordinated toiletries, hairdryers, mirrors & free broadband WiFi Internet access. The suites also have fridges.
