Set in the grounds of the owners' home, in excellent walking country, Lavender Cottage lies within easy reach of castles at Sherborne and Old Wardour Castle, Stourhead House and Garden (N.T.), Sparkford Motor Museum and Yeovilton's Fleet Air Arm Museum as well as horse racing at Wincanton, Longleat and the Avebury stone circle.
