It adjoins the owners' home in 12 acres of peaceful woodland and paddocks which visitors are welcome to roam, and miles of woodland walks lead from the property. Horsford (½ mile) offers shops, pubs, an Indian restaurant and fish and chip shop – buses run into Norwich city centre every ½ hour. The coast and Broadland waterways are a short drive.
