Enjoying lovely far reaching views across the Lincolnshire fens and a quiet country lane location, this little cluster of barns offer a very special holiday experience. Set with their individual patios around a shared garden area and cleverly converted with environmental issues in mind, they boast geothermal heating, rainwater harvesting and their own wind turbine.

Peaceful rural lanes for cycling and walking, windmills, man-made canals (known locally as drains), tiny villages, historic towns, abundant wildlife and a fascinating coastline are just some of the delights the surrounding area has to offer. Seabirds and waders can be seen at nearby Boston Wash Bank and fishing is available within walking distance at Hob Hole Drain, whilst Skegness for family fun, sandy beaches, the Battle of Britain Flight at Conninsby, the bulb fields at Spalding and the city of Lincoln's famous Christmas market, cathedral and cobbled streets are all within an easy drive. With its landmark Boston Stump, the bustling, attractive town of Boston offers good shopping, inns, restaurants and a popular weekly market just 4 miles away. Shop and pub under a mile.

Brit Quote:
Man is the only creature that consumes without producing. He does not give milk, he does not lay eggs, he is too weak to pull the plough, he cannot run fast enough to catch rabbits. Yet he is lord of all the animals - George Orwell
