The award-winning Punchbowl lies right at the heart of the pretty village of Churchtown, near Garstang, and is a firm favourite with its many locals, and has gained a strong following of diners through consistency and
ensuring their guests receive great food and the best possible hospitality.
Historically known as the 'Covered Cup', in reference to the communion chalice of its neighbouring church of St Helen's the Punchbowl is located close to the meandering River Wyre in lovely open countryside.
Internally the property is traditionally maintained with lots of character meeting the expectation of a country Inn and decor is fresh.
On arrival guests are warmly greeted by Paul & his team, all requirements are taken care of and a friendly level of service is maintained in line with guests' needs and expectations. In November 2009 we were awarded "Taste Lancashire Highest Quality Assurance" by Blackpool & Lancashire Tourist.
