The Forresters Arms Bed and Breakfast is situated in the picturesque village of Kilburn near York, Surrounded by immense natural beauty in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, also known as Herriot Country. The B&B nestles below the famous White Horse, a unique landmark of North Yorkshire, believed to be the largest of its kind in England. The bed and breakfast accommodation was recently acquired by Nigel and Dawn Pattinson and their son Shaun, who also run ‘the Dog and Gun’ public house at nearby Carlton Miniott. Renovations to the Forresters Arms have been recently carried out where care has been made only to enhance the quintessential Old Country Inn charm that the Forresters bed and breakfast has become famous for, not discounting the ten guestrooms, which are now all en-suite with Television, Tea/Coffee, Bath and Shower facilities. Next door to the B&B accommodation is the famous Robert ‘Mousey’ Thompson workshops, which is situated very close to the visitor centre.
