Les & Christine look forward to welcoming you to their home, Lyndhurst Country House situated at the southern tip of Lake Windermere. We are within easy reach of local hotels, restaurants and country inns. We have been awarded the Highly commended accolade for 2009.

All our rooms are en-suite, each having colour TV, hospitality trays, hairdryers, radios, toiletries and offer a high standard of comfort. We also provide cycle storage together with ample private car parking for guest use only.

Newby Bridge is situated conveniently for many Lakeland attractions, with numerous quiet country lanes and Grizedale Forest nearby. This area of the Lake District is excellent for bird watching, walking and mountain biking.
