Singleton Residences are very close to the centre of Swansea University's compact campus. The residences comprise over 700 Single Ensuite and over 20 Twin Ensuite bedrooms, many with views across Swansea Bay towards Devon, west to Mumbles and east to Porthcawl.
All rooms are situated within an 8 bed flat which allows the occupants to share access to a fully fitted kitchen containing hobs, ovens, fridge, freezers and microwaves. There are no utensils provided. Laundry facilites are located in Kilvey residences but there are no irons.
Please note that there is only one twin bedroom per floor. All other rooms are single bedrooms. Bed linen is provided but towels are not.
