The Old Dairy Farm is a newly built, beautifully furnished Bed & Breakfast . Set in 16 acres of grazing land and surrounded by the beautiful woods of Hollybank we offer a quiet peaceful location which is within easy access to Emsworth town centre, Stansted, Goodwood, Chichester, Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
All rooms are en-suite consisting of three kingsize doubles and one twins which can be made into superkings via zip and link beds.
The Old Dairy Farm's rooms are individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. The rooms are all equipped with flat-screen TV/DVD player & Freeview, wired broadband, alarm clock and a well stocked hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water. Each room also has a private shower room with hairdryer.
Traditional full English breakfasts are served daily, and there is an excellent choice of restaurants within a few minutes drive.
