There's always a warm welcome at our family friendly bed and breakfast near the historic market town of Long Sutton, Lincolnshire. Situated down a quiet lane just off the A17 in a Grade II* listed Georgian Hall our larger rooms boast four poster beds and our delicious breakfasts feature produce from our smallholding (also available to buy through our farm shop). A true taste of the countryside.
Set in just over an acre of grounds in rural Lincolnshire, near the meeting of three counties we are ideally placed as a base from which to explore the unspoilt beauty of Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
