WE HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY - Ideal if you are here for a holiday or business
FIRSTLY - We are just next door in the main house. Our phone numbers are:

On arrival there are Fresh flowers from the garden and a Welcome Basket with fruit and tasty biscuits. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk are provided on your arrival and other basics.
First Aid box.
Electricity and other rates are included in the amount you pay.
You are given a key and we have a spare.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 5/6 days
At least once a week cleaning throughout and garden front and back
(We provide general cleaning things) TOWELS - if you wish to change them please leave on floor in shower-room .

IN THE MAIN HOUSE (Georgian Vicarage designed by Humphrey Repton Grade II )

We can provide Internet access, ironing facilities, hairdryer, use of freezer and microwave.
Dry wet clothes on our aga rail! books from the library, newspapers, games, dvd/videos and probably anything else you may require. Fruit from the garden depending on the time of year.
Please do not put damp towels on the back of chairs or cups on antiques
Any spillages just ask me to clean up! Books/mags leave on departure thank you.
There is a selection of local brochures and leaflets on local interests and events also Special Book for guests comments.
I have a list of all the local restaurants and pubs taxis/ train times/local shops/chemists etc.
IF you would like a take-away I can give you the leaaflets and help order them for delivery.

We have out own Herbal Beauty-care company BEAUTY NATURALS at our factory just up the road should you wish to visit. If you have run out of soap,shampoos etc please come and ask.
- New Lodge Farm shop is open every Saturday and Sunday on the way to the A43/Bulwick village.
- The Pickled Village shop is famous for it's chutneys,jams,marmalades,relishes and lots more.

OUTSIDE - we have 15 acres for you to roam. Croquet in the Summer months. Animals to pat. Near the house there are walks in Wakerley Woods, roads for cydling, bird-watching and more.

(If you can please turn off outside light during daylight and heating off when you go out)
* Dustbin day /recycling . Do use big black bags provided and we can put them in the appropriate boxes each Monday morning. Bottles/plastic/papers separate.

DOGS

Well behaved, house-trained dogs welcome too. Try not to let him get on the bed!
Do ask me for a dog towel if paws are muddy. Note, we do have chickens roaming free.
We have dogs and sometimes small children. Footpaths ordnance survey maps in house.

IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES we are able to able to provide BREAKFAST on a B&B basis price.
Breakfast is served in the main stunning dining room on blue and white china - not to mention the old paintings! between 7.30 and 10am - free range eggs, local sausages and bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Vegetarians well catered for. PRICES vary from £26.50 - £36.50 (single) per night.

If you wish to leave any possessions with us during your stay in The Loft flat that is possible and enables you to have more space to yourself.
