Built in 1891 for a Manchester architect, Reginald H Holman, The Red
House Country Hotel has a unique character and homely atmosphere reminiscent

Supreme of corn fed chicken, rubbed with garlic and cooked on a bed of
lemons served with a lemon and tarragon sauce and garlic mash.
~Wild Boar Sausages~
Local wild boar sausages cooked slowly in red wine and shallots served with
mashed potato. .
~Fillet of Beef (£3.00 supplement)~
Grilled prime fillet of local beef served with a pink peppercorn and brandy
meat glaze served with rosemary potatoes.
