Welcome to The Rose & Crown, a 14th Century inn of great individuality and charm, with roses round the door, twisting passages, open fires, good food, excellent beers and a friendly, informal atmosphere.
The Rose & Crown is situated in the delightful village of Snettisham, opposite the cricket pitch, with Sandringham, Houghton, RSPB Snettisham and the Peddar's Way on the door step. The glorious north Norfolk beaches, walks and many other attractions of this lovely area are also within easy reach.
We love food at The Rose & Crown! Our menu, which changes regularly, is a mix of traditional pub favourites and more exotic dushes, using, where possible, local produce from local suppliers in season
All our rooms are individually decorated in fresh contemporary style, with power showers, Molton Brown toiletries, television, radio, books and magazines and tea and coffee making facilities (with fresh milk). Free wireless Broadband access is available throughout The Rose & Crown
Two bedrooms are downstairs and designed for people with mobility problems, and we also have access ramps and an accessible toilet.
The Rose & Crown has a lovely, totally enclosed walled garden (originally the village bowling green) with pretty herbaceous borders, two huge weeping willows and a magnificent wooden climbing fort (we like children at The Rose & Crown).
We want our guests to relax, and The Rose & Crown is the perfect place for recharging your batteries. We hope you will visit us soon.
