Nunsmere is the classic English country house based in the Cheshire countryside. In a grand Victorian mansion you will enjoy old world hospitality of the highest order. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and as rewarding as possible. In the heart of the Cheshire countryside, with beautiful gardens and bounded on three sides by a magnificent lake, Nunsmere is a tranquil haven where you can thoroughly relax and unwind.

Nunsmere has 29 bedrooms and 7 suites. Each is individually and tastefully designed with antique furniture and fine fabrics. The blend of the antique and the modern creates a sense of timeless elegance. There's plenty of space to stretch out and the en suite bathrooms are generously proportioned too and offer power showers and fluffy cotton bathrobes. Most of the Executive hotel rooms at Nunsmere are south facing and enjoy wonderful views over the charming gardens or wooded shores of the lake.

Nunsmere Hall is proud to present the award winning Crystal Restaurant. Twice voted County Restaurant of the Year by the Good Food Guide where in elegant and intimate surroundings, you can choose from a sumptuous a la carte or very reasonable prix fixe menu. Fresh, local Cheshire ingredients are sought out by our chefs and they make sure they are organic whenever possible.
