Limetree House in Moffat, Scotland is an 18th century grade C listed building. It has recently been tastefully redecorated and retains many original features.

Moffat is set in beautiful Annandale and Eskdale. As well as being a convenient stopping place on the routes North and South, it is a charming place in its own right, with many attractive shops. The Southern Upland Way is just over a mile away, and we can offer an uplift service to walkers on the Way by arrangement. Moffat Golf course is a few minutes walk away and the Moffat Fishery offers family days. The Lead Mining Museum at Wanlockhead is a few minutes drive away.

When you come to Limetree House, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All our rooms have been renovated to a high standard and all have en-suite facilities. Our largest room now has a four-poster bed and we can offer a short break price to those who would like a romantic weekend away from it all. You may like to know that all our bedding is allergy-free.
