Part of the Tiger Tiger Bar, Club and Grill with its five bars and two floors of dancing and fun, The Grill is a stylish Manhattan-style dining room offering a taste of New York every night right though to midnight. The smart décor features dark wood and neutral colours that set a sophisticated tone. The staff, too, is New York smart. The gourmet burger, handmade from rump steak, is the signature dish, but The Grill's menu features most of your favourites from starter of satay to main of fish and chips, steaks, the aforementioned burgers, vegetarian alternatives, and desserts like New York cheesecake or sticky toffee pudding.
