"What a pleasant suprise, we fell upon this picturesque village pub by accident on our travels through the dales from Leeds. Popped in on the off chance to have a drink on a sunday afternoon,was taken by the wonderful smell of a good Sunday roast and myself and my girlfiends decided to eat - This has to be the best pub food I and my friends have ever eaten.The landlord was charming and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will certainly go again,it was certainly worth the drive to find this village pub"
