The house is situated on the edge of the popular village of Alderbury which is near the famous New ForestThe surrounding countryside is designated an Area of outstanding Natural Beauty and is well served by footpaths and bridleways.The village, which dates back to the Domesday Book, is well known for its many houses of architectural and historic interest.There are many local facilities within walking distance including village shops, post office, school, doctor’s surgery, pubs, restaurants, and library.A large range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities are available in the nearby market towns. The village schools are well regarded.The original house was built in 1913 on just over three quarters of an acre of land bought from the Earl of Radnor. The boutique guest house has been recently rebuilt retaining some old characteristics of the house. It is a large detached residence standing in large grounds.Each Room has it own TV, telephone and internet points. The view is to the front of the house has its own charms of the trees view and front driveway.
