Belly dance course: Beginner/ Intermediate classes.
This course is enable you to develope a basic skills of bellydance, build you technique progressively each week also improve you posture, flixibility
and body image, no matter what age or shape or size.
During each course you will also learn an exciting choreography.
Time: 11:30 am to 1:00pm
Booking details: 6 weeks course for £45 with a free cd in the end of the course so you could practise in you own time. Drop in class is £7.50, if you bring a friend is £10 for twoBethnal Green Road.
Sarah will bring out the natural dancer in you, using techniques, improvisation and sequences. There are more courses in a near future.
