Within 2 miles of Fistral Beach (pictured) and only a few minutes' walk from a boating lake, this comfortable 18th century cottage enjoys a convenient roadside location on the fringes of Newquay. Trenance Gardens and the zoo, an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts are all about a mile, and a lovely walk along the Gannel estuary leads to Crantock beach and village, with its thached cottages and quaint inn. The National Trust property of Trerice is 2½ miles and Lanhydrock (also N.T.) about a ½ hour drive. To the west lies Holywell Bay Fun Park (5½ miles), whilst Wadebridge (16 miles) offers cycle hire for exploring the Camel Trail. Golf and riding are available locally. Pub and shop 500 yards.
