We teach an extremely effective and practical Close Quarter Combat (CQC) system designed for modern day self protection and work closely with one of Britain's top Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) teams, Trojan Free Fighters. Our Boxing is taught by 2 x USSR Boxing Champion, our Wrestling is taught by 1996 European Freestyle Wrestling Champion. Beginners are welcome!
