Released his first single New Song in 1983 in September 1983, reached the UK top five. Had a UK Number 1 album Human's Lib. Had a worldwide hit with Like To Get To Know You Well, an official anthem to the 1984 Olympics Games. Had his last UK Top 40 hit in 1986 with All I Want, continued to be successful in the US.
