Born 1946 - English actress and author.
Early film appearances included The Qatermass Experiment (1955) and The Greengage Summer (1961). Subsequent films included Alfie (1966) and Deep End (1971). Had five year relationship with Paul McCartney. Television appearances included The Stone Tape (1972), Rumpole of the Bailey (1978), Brideshead Revisited (1981) and Wish Me Luck (1987–89). Also writes recipe books and runs a company which makes party cakes and sugarcrafts.
