As a child played William Brown in the series based on the Just William books. Best known for his television roles as George Carter in the Sweeney and Terry McCann in Minder. Sang the theme tune to Minder “I Could Be So Good For You” which reached number 3 in the charts. Appeared in numerous television shows including the comedy drama Stay Lucky, the sitcom On The Up and the more recent crime drama New Tricks.
