Born on 12th of October 1934

Born 1934 - English painter.



Studied at Art College, Sheffield and Royal Academy Schools, London. Won international Young Artist prize in Tokyo in 1964. Turned to hard-edge abstration and from the late 1970s explored the physical nature of paint. Made an RA in 1991.
